Dine in an elegant and comfortable living room ambience with an impressive tiled stove. Large round arches give a clear view through the wintergarden into the greenery.

Wintergarden

Here the pleasure is accompanied by wide views over our own wildflower meadow to far over to the forest ... and by a slightly southern feeling, which is always inherent in a winter garden. In summer the winter garden opens to the terrace, in winter a fireplace warms you. It is so beautiful in our winter garden that one could simply remain seated after breakfast until the sun has wandered all the way around and in the evening candlelight lends a romantic flair to the elegantly set tables.

Fresh Black Forest air & rays of sunshine, plus fine food from the Grünen-Wald kitchen - enjoy this triad on our terrace in front of the winter garden or in the entrance area, gladly already for breakfast.

Our little cozy snuggery...a small restaurant built in the shape of a beehive in memory of our beloved grandpa and former hotel owner who was a passionate beekeeper. Here we serve you our full menu but also some very traditional Black forest style dishes like "Schnitzel" and "Maultaschen"
